Walk in lunch on a Saturday for 3 adults, 1 toddler and 2 little dogs. Received a warm welcome and despite no booking they were able to seat us with no problems. Service from 2 lovely young ladies was friendly and prompt and all 3 meals were excellent. Will definitely return next time we are in Holt.

Our stay at The Feathers was lovely. Communication was excellent and we were able to book our breakfasts and a meal in the restaurant beforehand. The room was pretty and the bed was very comfortable. This was our second visit and we'll definitely come again!

Another good experience at a Chestnut Pub. We would particularly like to commend the young lady who greeted us at check in and again when we checked out. She was charming, polite, friendly and efficient. She is a real asset. As was the lady who served us at dinner. Also friendly and efficient. Thankyou.

Lovely welcome from an extremely polite and helpful young man. Nice room, small but perfect for just me, clean and comfortable bed, really nice being given proper milk for my tea and biscuits as well! Negatives: the noise from the bar/restaurant below was very loud and the music sounded like it was in my room, fine in the evening as it went off at 11, however it started for the breakfast service at 7am!!! The taps in the bathroom need looking at as the hot tap moves and cold one drips and it was very hard to shut off. I would definitely recommend this hotel however and your staff were so lovely and helpful
